Our guest this week grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In the first 16 years of his life, he survived two plane crashes that tragically claimed the lives of his entire immediate family. He earned a BA in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan while being a member of its basketball team.

Since 2016 he’s been an inspirational speaker with a message of grit and thriving.

He believes that G.R.I.T. stands for Growth Mindset, Resilience, Integrity, Team-First Mentality.
