Our guest this week grew up in Beirut, Lebanon,
the oldest of 5 children and left school at age 12
to being working. At age 16 he moved to the
forests of the Ivory Coast in Africa to work in
the cocoa bean plantations and at age 21 he went
to school in Paris at the Academie de Versailles
to become a pastry chef.
Since 2003 he's been the owner & Executive
Chef of Golden Wheat and Cannelle Patisserie.
The epitome of the American Dream, his name -
Matt Knio and and we're honored to have him as our
