Our guest this week grew up in Bloomfield, Michigan and earned a BA degree in English from the University of Michigan.

He first began writing music in the 1990s while living in Wiseman, Alaska and he toured the United States on his Six year Tour during which he played over 900 shows and released 10 studio albums and 9 documentaries.

Since 2019, he’s been the Board Chair of the Michigan Opera Theatre.

In 2025 he became a Rabbi.
