Our guest this week grew up in Wakarusa, Indiana and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Bethel University.

From 2004 to 2009 he was Vice President of Leadership and Cultural Development for Patrick Industries, Inc.

Since 2009 he’s been the Founder of Kardia Transformational Group, LLC.

He is the author of “LEAD…For God’s Sake.”

His ministry is to help others discover their purpose in leadership and in life.
